Its been 2 years since i got my pectus surgery. i was shy guy who always was scary to take off the t-shirt, now going to gym and getting better on my frame
Since the surgery was taken i grew from 5’10 (177) to 5’11-6 (181cm) 16 to 18 years old
Here’s the result and the scar

tbh idk it was the nuss method next year they took of it

The feeling is crazy and self confidence is different when u never took off your t shirt then u have model body

My face was bad prob of my shitty life i was like ltn, the recovery was decent i would say.
I started walking after 1 day like zombie. After week i could walk normally but it was really hard to get up from the bed. After month i was able to doing this before surgery. They told me to doesnt doing any sports for 3 months. I started with swimming after these 3 months for 1 month then started gym

Yea i got nuss i still have the bar they remove it next june didnt had any complications actually i just felt the bar at beginning
