Him backing out of it with the 13 year old doesn’t mitigate the fact he asked a 13 year old for sex nor does it mitigate the fact he posted it about it on org. The 16 year old he clearly sexualized on org, was also below 18 which is the rule.

One broke the rule, the other one already was ruled did not. Yet one is banned and the other isn’t.

I get it that he didn’t know that she was 13 but he could’ve checked the pfp and everything before making a move or atleast asking first for age.
