First of all, I appreciate @Gandy @Prettyboy @Ada Mustang @DivineBeing and @gymislife for putting me on game, because I was coping with OTC serums for too long without any noticeable results.

Especially checking @Gandy and @DivineBeing 's posts, I decided to do the following (Please recommend products if the ones I picked are shitty, I have combination skin):

Morning:

1) Shower, use ketoconazole shampoo on my face while showering. Let it stay for 5 mins, and then rinse. I plan to do this due to the anti-fungal properties of ketoconazole shampoo. I don't want to cleanser before of after shower because along with ketoconazole, it was too drying.
2) Vitamin C Serum (probably cope) --> Paula's Choice C15 Super Booster
3) Moisturizer --> Paula's Choice CLEAR Oil-Free Moisturizer
4) 50 SPF Sunscreen --> Paula's Choice RESIST Youth-Extending Daily Hydrating Fluid SPF 50

Also drink 20g "Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Powder with Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C".

Night:
1) Cleanser --> Youth to the People Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser
2) Tretinoin, start with 0.025% and go up.
3) NIOD CAIS 3 1:1 GHK CU Copper Serum
4) Moisturizer, no SPF

I will do this 6 days a week.

On Sundays, I will do a microneedling session with 0.5mm needles. I will use a Derminator.

Questions:
1) In the dermarolling day I will only be applying my SPF in the morning before the session, and moisturizer at night? Is this correct?
2) How can I fit AHA, BHA exfoliation into this? Do I need it anyways? Would it be lame if I alternate tretinoin days with exfoliation days, i.e., Monday Tret, Tuesday AHA+BHA, Wed. Tret etc.?

Yeah use copper with tret lol

Erase the copper or whatever serum it’s best u dont mix shit with tretonin.

Just do a mask or sum if you really want to exfoliate but it’s cope for “acne”.

Based my G. How about having a Vitamin C serum in the morning? Sum like Skinceuticals or Paula's Choice or Timeless (heard Skinceuticals is the OG but the other two are great dupes).

Or, move the copper peptides to the morning?

I also use derminator, why 0.5mm? I use 1mm week, you think this is too much? Thnx

I read somewhere in this forum that 1.5mm is good for scalp (much thicker than the face skin), 1mm for the scars, and 0.5mm for the skin; but I am also thinking of 1mm once a week. 0.5mm seems more suitable for 3 days/week application.

My recommendations are completely different from your plan.

We're actually not that different. I have moved the copper peptides away from tret, which was the main difference. I plan to first use tret for 5 days, and then one day do a chemical exfoliant peel (AHA-BHA), and one day do microneedling with no actives that day.

Depending on how this goes, I may start using copper peptides in the morning instead of Vitamin C?

Yea vit c works in the am, check online if it clashes with the anti fungal thing but I doubt it. If ur acne isn’t fungal or it doesnt work then switch the face wash in the am with a bha face wash but so far it seems good. Why do you want to use copper? I’m not really familiar with it.

I first got it recommended here:

and then made a bit of my own research and found out that it's a promising active. Not sure how to fit it into my routine though, especially having the tret. It can replace Vitamin C in the morning but I doubt it will work particularly better than Vitamin C. Or, I can alternate tret days and copper peptide days but I really want to build up my tret usage over time.

Gym is fucking aging my skin and milk was causing all kinds of acne. Brutal.

For gym, though, I only lifted (ogremaxxxing). If I sweat and do cardio, would it help?

Gym isn’t bad for your skin, if anything it should help your skin. That means your diet was shit.

Also I guarantee you were drinking pasturized milk. Drink raw milk and you’ll probably see a difference.

Yeah probably I was having pasteurized milk, because whenever I cut the shit all my bloating, acne problems etc. just got infinitely better.

1) It's recommended that you don't try at home dermarolling. I'll stick to that recommendation.

2) Night 1: Exfoliate, Night 2: Tret, Nights 3 and 4: Peptides and slugging

It's called skin cycling and is a good way to introduce retinoids.

I already have oily forehead and nose, won’t slugging make me shine like a hoe? I like the plan but I think tret frequency is too little?

Do your routine near bed time. Wash off the occlusive in the morning. Eventually replace the exfoliating night with another tret night, and then replace one of the peptide nights with another tret night. Then every night is tret night until you notice redness/irritation, then back to peptides/slugging.
