I did it and I grew .8 in. You can find more info by searching "pegym" and they have different routines and methods to do this. Or you can join the subreddit /r/ajelqforyou. Know that there is only so much you can get from manuals though, at some point the pulling force required is too much to consistently maintain for extended periods of time. So many turn to more "advanced techniques" such as penis extenders, hanging, high pressure clamping, which can be done effortlessly for long periods of time (6+ hours).
