Penis Erection maxxing guide : How to never deal with ed symptoms, and POTENTIALLY gain size

Building your own stack: I will say doctors technically don’t recommend Cialis with Nitrates or L-Citrulline because they all lower blood pressure. I personally haven't found any issues with cialis and citrulline though. The easiest way to know is just have your blood pressure measured. If it isn’t lower than your baseline, then you could stack all 3. Though add in nitrates slowly.

Why everyone, even those who don’t necessarily have low test or ed should do this
You have probably never experienced the full hardness you are actually capable of, especially with the stuff in this guide. Getting a harder dick can mean SIZE GAINS, depending how far you are from maximum erection quality. Also for those of you who haven’t had their first time yet, when the time comes you won’t blow it with the info in this guide!
ED meds
The best option
There are a few different ed meds you can take, but imo cialis (the generic is called tadalafil) MOGS all. Why?
- The effects of cialis last longer than the effects of viagra, and cialis is taken daily so once it has built up in your blood, you will be good to go at all hours of the day. This way even if you need to fuck unexpectedly, you will still be good.
- Ofc the best source is a doctor, as you won’t have to keep paying a fee for prescription or any overpriced shit, but they can be annoying asf even at 18. You can try to get a prescription from them even below 18, but most docs won’t prescribe it to you.
- Regardless of age, try telling them something like this “I have been sleeping 8+ hours, I have good diet, have been working out 4-5x a week and have been taking a multivitamin (thorne if u want a specific brand one to list) for the past 7 months and am still having ed problems.”
- I recommend amazon pharmacy for a legal prescription. This works for anyone 18 or older. It costs $33 for a prescription and cost me around $15 for a 3 month supply. If you are using a card your parents can see, attach it to apple wallet and buy through that(the app Privacy also works). This is how the charge appears
- The final option is buying from ResearchChem. I personally know of a fair amount of people who use it and it seems to work for them. Link
Other supplements
- L-Citrulline (LINK)
- L-citrulline is turned into L-arginine, which increases NO biosynthesis indirectly
- Nitrates (LINK)
- Your body converts nitrates into nitric oxide, which means more vasodilation
- Other supplements such as ashwagandha (LINK) and shilajit (LINK) can also increase testosterone, but these are more secondary supplements that will help overtime.
- L-arginine is an inferior supplement and should be avoided. You are wasting your money on this
- L arginine is destroyed by the stomach, whereas L citrulline does and is converted to L-arginine after. Therefore, just take citrulline
- For you adhdcels, your amphetamines may actually help you. If you are someone who doesn’t have adhd, don’t take amphetamines as they are vasoconstrictors. The only reason it may help adhdcels is if they tend to not be fully attentive during sex, or if they tend to over obsess about it and cum quick.

Carb Manipulation
- You want to have carbs in your system for this. It’s the same reason that people get fast digesting carbs into their system before a workout.
- The best option is glycerol, but that shit can be expensive for some. Heres the one I use its 650 servings for $60. Link. It’s currently sold out on their site, but here is a cheaper alternative that I’ve heard is solid. Link. Honestly a NECESSITY for baddigestioncels, but for everyone else, the inferior option is below and still works very well.
- An alternative is around 50gs of fast digesting carbs like 3 rice krispies or 2-3 bananas. Have it around 30-45 minutes before.
Body fat and it’s relationship on erection quality
- Being too fat will lower your test production and cause blood flow issues
- Losing weight will also have the added benefit of showing more of your dick. You can totally gain length by weight loss (especially significant weight loss).
- Keep in mind though that lowering your calories too much will make your erection quality bad for the time you do it and being TOO lean will have a similar effect since your testosterone will take a hit (most of you probably don’t need to worry about being too lean but for the few that do this will definitely matter)
Micronutrients that are CRITICAL
- The most critical micros are vitamin D and zinc
- There are literally vitamin d receptors on male gonads, but you don’t need to overconsume, just make sure they are in a healthy range (anywhere between 5000-10000 IUS depending on sun exposure, race, etc. BTW Vitamin D3 and K2 might be fighting for absorption so separate them just for safety)
- For zinc I recommend about 12.5mgs and not too much more. It will throw your copper ratio off. It’s best to just get zinc from food if you can.
- Take these both after a meal with fats and proteins in it

Conclusion
