Yes I know Its because of the way my eyes look, but this has happened since I was like 12 and im 22 now.

What makes my eyes look different?
When I try to just open my eyes more they still have that swolen brown looking skin around them, maybe Im just tired all the time?

others are right its uee and nct, mainly uee I think.
Also your eyes are misaligned so that's gonna be contributing to the tired look too.

see an optometrist about it and they will provide you with treatment options.
It's not too severe so you'll probably be able to fix it completely if you're motivated.
