People at my call center are so nice and friendly to me

Not only is the manager a very kind and laid back dude but see even the girls here are really nice people.
They often come up to me and ask me how I'm doing and how's my job going so far and you know stuff like that.

Yesterday i bumped into one of my colleagues after work while taking a walk and she greeted me and was eager to chat with me and asked me if i need any help regarding work and all that.
She didn't have to do that you know because we weren't even at work back then.

Next up
Today this other girl came patted my shoulder gently then proceeded on with a smile congratulating me about my work. Mind you she isn't one of the staff members just one of the recently hired employees.

Dude I'm so happy to meet nice people for a change.
Everyone is a rude snob at my college but here on the other hand they're so welcoming and easy going.

That said however this won't delude my thinking. I'll always believe the blackpill and adhere to it.

At work is a different story, it's not like school or college. nobody will be straightforward rude to you, becuase they don't want to be cancelled. Most of them will be either nice to you or neutral.

If it's managers then it doesn't count. Go to any hospital and the nurses there will treat you great. Part of a manager's job is to make you feel welcome. How do the fellow employees who are around your age treat you?

Great. They're pretty decent people.
They say hello and talk to me even outside of work.

I hear call centers are rough work, not like food places, but like difficult because you need to be patient with people. I'd understand why your co-works would be all around nice.
