most of you are ngmi because you’re trying to hardmax straight away without even softmaxxing. it’s literally clown behavior. you got dudes booking jaw surgery when their skin looks like pizza, their hair is trash, and they’re still rocking 20% bodyfat. you’re just polishing a turd at that point.

grooming – trim beard to fit your jaw, whiten your teeth so you don’t look like you smoke 2 packs a day, keep nails clean, smell like you shower.
