When I was in High School like Senior year which was last year, people would randomly greet me all around the school by my first name and I had never even met or seen these people before not one in my entire life and didn't recognize who they were or know their names but they knew mine. This happened all throughout the year and I never had a clue why.

One time even some normiecel looking/sounding kids surrounded me while I was looking at my phone in the hallway and started spouting some hateful bullshit sounding like real life PSL users JFL. I do not think this was a coincidence.

You should have greeted them back...
If you had no clue who they were you could have just used a generic name and call them Slick, Ace, Tiger, Champ, etc., like: "Hey, how's it going Slick!", "Looking good Ace!", "He-he, here's the Champ!".
