I think everyone knows the limitations of surgeries and how their base affects the quality of results. I feel like some users here expect to look like a completely different person but surgery is only intended to look like the best version of yourself.

Originally when I was a greycel myself, I didn't understand why people were shitting on them so much. After not being one for a while, and just observing greycels in action. Holy moly.
