Bear in mind that I have lost a ton of weight. I plan to lose more. My face is bloated. The fat in my chin is the most probable responsible for how weak my voice comes out.

Nope. My face is lean from all the weight loss. I've always been skinny. I think the problem is that I have fat deposits in particular regions of my face that "hold my voice back", if that makes sense. I look forward to losing more weight and getting rid of this problem.
