Attractive people from birth dont need to develop a good personality or good humor due to their looks carrying them to success
Now if you were to take LTN who used personality to its fullest to be happy then happened to ascend to HTN you have looks and good built personality
On top of the looks halo he has a good personality behind it which now makes him very likeable and social
He gets the "glow up" title from the people who knew him before which shows that he is a "hard worker" to normies
After you ascend you can also take up a different persona because you can get taken more seriously
