People who actually understand about hardmaxxing, I have a question

The most basic question ever but there is till misconceptions and false statements about it- fillers or implants.

My opinion about it is:
In one sense, implants are permanent but can look artificial and can have a higher chance of getting botched doing it. about the price- it isn’t really expensive if you regard that its permanent.
And fillers looks less artificial and have a lower botch rate. but you have to redo it every few months/years, and it’s kinda cheap.

Thoughts? I’m grey when it comes to surgeries, so enlight me.

Implants over filler any day of the week , if implants are misplaced or cause inflammation then you can simply remove it , but filler kot only do you need to get it done every like 8 monthes , it actually migrates and it’ll make your face like a pillow after a few years , not only does it only look the best for a certain period of time of those 8 monthes
