mewing is mostly cope, if your palate is wide then you should find yourself mewing naturally the whole time. if you need to force it, you have deeper issues rooted in recession

All chin tucks do is make you have a more muscular neck. I've been doing them everyday for over 3 mths straight and I see no results in my jaw. (Still worth it tho)
