True. Although ngl I do understand why some people won't consider shit like lefort for an example. It's an invasive and costly surgery. But if you won't even consider tiny shit like rhino then yeah I agree.

Tbh most people require invasive surgeries and insane amount of research to find uncanny surgeons to ascend to htn

Very few require literally small surgeries and high roi

Even if you come from those backgrounds if you want to get surgery it is a big sacrifice. Assuming your boss or whoever you work for allows you to take time off so you can recover, you will still have to deal with the social repercussions. It is inevitable that people will find out, and people are generally hostile towards interfering with nature, so it will affect their perception of you. Also, in order for surgery to be worth the cost, you would need one extremely lacking area that is correctable with surgery. Most people have lots of subpar features rather than one outlier failo that is ruining their face
