Unless you are an SFScel, bimax surgery doesn’t ascend your front profile. Most of the time the results are ever so slight front profile improvements and side profile ascensions.

Lip pill is so fucking rough. I looked at my filler before/after straight after injecting and despite the aesthetic sharpness and angularity, it still looked off because of my lips. Over time that has subsided and the area is harmonious now, but with implants it seems like it is a permanent issue.

There is a small subset of bimax results where it looks like the lips have widened, but when I measure their ratio to IPD it doesn’t seem to have changed much, if at all. When I asked Dr. Bell if the lips widen due to bimax. Apparently, it doesn’t but it creates the illusion of wider lips? I was too low IQ to understand

surely that comes with affecting the bite tho?

I noticed this on myself. I have a slight upperbite and my lips lack support, my mouth is basically pointing downwards that makes me look like I was constantly sad lol

But when I push my mandible forward, my lips are suddenly straight and indeed optically look wider.


My lips are pointing downwards like this woman.

But when I push my mandible forward, my lips become similar to that of Ryan gosling. Still bad mouth area but a big improvement. Lips do look wider and overall more confident look, not sad anymore.
