fake it as good as u can search up mannerisms like looking arnd
u might not be prescribed addy but u can get ritalin or concerta

it WILL NOT make you smarter big misconception. they just make you lock in and focus. that's good if you have a lot of responsibilities.

I have adhd, and Ive used Ritalin and now Im on adderall, and Ive tried and used many over the counter meds. Adderall works the best for focus, nicotine also works really well (dont vape tho), kratom is also good at low dose but I would stay away from consistent use.

one of the most effective and available combos is caffiene+l-theanine. I would do about 200mg of each depending on tolerance and go slightly higher on l theanine in some cases.
