Research consistently demonstrates that individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) tend to have weaker handgrip strength compared to their neurotypical peers

For me it's like i don't have the proper nerves to fully control my body. Which also causes aspie walk

Same. Training never improved it. I think it's a nerve issue or something
in my case im just really under devoloped highly un athletic object
