For all of you struggling with certain hair growth, this might be a sign of hope.

Important Note: This will only stimulate Hair follicles, this will not grow new hairs where you don’t have hair follicles!!!!

Also if you want best results, Minoxidil is the way to go but there have been reports of certain side effects from users so this will be an alternative.

First off, the proof comes from this study conducted by the ncbi
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4289931/

They concluded that 3% PEO stimulated more hair growth in their test subjects in contrast to subjects without PEO.

Peppermint Oil can be applied to Hair on Scalp or to Eyebrow, wherever you want hair follicles stimulated for growth, and after a certain period of time, you should start seeing results. If you have eyebrow problems especially Invest into peo now boyos. Everyone knows that eyebrows can make or break someone’s looks so start eyebrowmaxxing if you aren’t already.

what should you keep in mind when going for a good peppermint oil in terms of concentration, purity, etc. Any Dos and Don'ts?

Not much to be suggested because the study conducted showed no to minimal toxic signs after peo usage. Only negative signs occurred with overuse. Just apply 1-2 times a day but once a day should be good enough. And once you get ideal hair length you can stop applying. Eyebrows will take a bit longer to see results compared to hair on scalp.

Should I drink it?

Though you are correct, The study compared the growth of minoxidil in mice to peo in mice. The results from peo were better than minox, which is actually one of the most promoted items for hair growth on this site and others. Obviously what works for mice won’t always work for humans, but peo would help with growth by “...promoting the conservation of vascularization of hair dermal papilla.” This is what stimulates hair growth and results in healthier hair too. Like I said for humans, no study has been conducted contrasting the two, but this is just an alternative if you don’t want the side effects to Minox.

I used it. Diluted.
And use it. Diluted.

On scalp it was cope for me.
For eyebrows it worked very good
For beard it worked well-ish

It will take years to notice gains. Use Minoxidil 5% foam 4x a day. My eyebrows are now thick and dark.
