Im lean and relatively skinny but my face is just fat. I've done countless debloating methods, lymphatic drainages and everything you could think of. And it's not baby fat.

I'm starting to think about Reta, Tirzepatide or semaglutide. I'm not trying Aqualyx. Which of the 3 should I do?
