I’ve taken semax in ranges from 250 mcg all the way up to 2 mg. The truth is it works but really with downsides. It will chill out your mind but give you crazy brain fog at high dosages. I take 1mg and it’s almost hard to type or make a complete sentence in your mind when you’re on it. Again it works but I’d just take some l theanine or try some other stuff. All nootropics are very dependent person to person so really just try it for yourself

Any drug for anxiety has abuse potential as when you are off the drug your anxiety will get worse, even on pregab, that's why I personally I don't use pregab everyday only when my anxiety is high and tapering off is important
