Peptide Injection & Mixing

So I‘m researching for a while now and came across different methods to inject the peptide and I think the airlock method might be the best right?

Other question, can I just mix my peptides as I want with the bac water as long as I know how much I need to pull to get the right dosage?

And I only need a 27 gauge needle a 5ml syringe for prepping and a insulin syringe for injection right?
