I'm 16 6,0 around 175 have a pretty good build and I'm an athlete to so I'm pretty active but I have to eat alot but I eat healthy and the point is would Reta keep me lean whilst still consuming around 2800 cals a day trying to gain weight? Does it help with lowering bf at all? And no I don't wanna search it up or research so stfu

and no it wouldnt work you iqlet, reta helps you reduce hunger, trough which you can eat less more easy,
eating in a surpluss while on reta is dumb as shit
