I have a hard time to get focused on studying. For example if I have to read a long text I literally can't get it through my head because I read it but don't take in any information due to not being focused so I just end up reading the same shit over and over again.

just get used to being bored. seriously, I could write an entire rant about how being comfortable with being uncomfortable is the no. 1. helpful solution to procrastination, but people just lack the disciple to actually initiate it. just be uncomfortable. i'd start small. sleeping without your phone, sitting alone without any device for like a 30 mins. so on. shit you don't like. that's it.
