can someone give recommendations on what i should take? i've never pinned anything before but to start im looking at GHK-CU for skin, MT1 for tan since i've heard its better than MT2 and also HGH

also might look at other things non peptide like test or sarms for muscle growth

can someone lmk of a good stack and dosages to use? also what would be cope and what wouldn't be since i've heard some negative things about GHK-CU
