So I want to start doing peptides. I am 15 and 1/2 and my bone age is 2 years behind when I asked Chat GPT about it, it says how I should not be doing it anytime soon and like I want like I just don't know when to do it and I want to do it. But I'm just wondering when can I do peptides and which one should I do? My dad is 6'3 so grow tall right now. I'm 5'7 so I'm still not done growing at. And I want peptides for like permanent stuff like I don't really care right now about skin and glow cuz that's like what I can do later on. I want like to grow bones and IGF-1 signaling. I take a bunch of supplements already but no peptides. I also have a very bad needlephobia. I know fucked up. I fucking hate this bitch ass fucking nigger needle phobia man. I just get really scared for no fucking reason, either way my parents don't want injectable peptides but I'll just hude them. Of there are any good intranasal peptides then pls say

pen needles are like 6mm and most peptide needle are 8mm there's no difference really

Just take it slow its really not that bad i have it too but when i do it slow and totally controlled, know I'm doing it safely, its honestly not bad at all u definitely get used to it after like a few days its chill. Watch videos on injecting SubQ to make sure its safe but yea
