Personally I only tried Ghkcu and I would recommend it to anyone. Im doing 2mg daily subq injections for 3 weeks now and my skin quality and hair density improved. It takes time to see full results (around 8 weeks) but you can already notice improvements at around 3 weeks. Make sure to take zinc alongside ghkcu to balance the out the copper; zinc ratio. If you're taking the normal dose (2mg daily) you need around 15-25mg of zinc, you can get 15mg capsules at pharmacies. If you pin at night you should take zinc in the morning.

i just started today taking ghk felt chill to pin it now is just the consitency and hiding it from my mom

i think i am just below 15 percent and dont think i will use reta unless i bulk up a little
