Lately I’ve been getting really interested in peptides and how they might help with recovery, skin quality, and overall appearance. I’m 17, so I’m not trying to do anything extreme — just curious about maximizing what my body already does naturally. I know GHK-Cu is something the body produces in high amounts when you’re younger, so I’m trying to figure out whether adding a GHK-Cu serum or topical would actually make a noticeable difference for me, or if sticking to solid skincare, good sleep, and nutrition is all I really need right now. If GHK-Cu is genuinely beneficial for someone my age, what’s the safest, simplest way to use it without going overboard?

Other questions I have

Would you recommend pinning?

What’s a good reliable source for peptides?

Is GHK-Cu only a temporary solution?

Is GHK-Cu good paired with Melanotan?

I don''t really have a answer for those other questions but I would say that you should take it depending on if your acne is bad

GHK-CU is extemely high maintance peptide, you need to reconstitute in PBS then use it within 5 days which means you ideally want to source 10mg vials.

GHKcu is something u should use lol, i think accutane would also be good.
i'd say do all of it lol, good sleep, nutrition, accutane and ghkcu. and yes this is safe.

1 / yes i recommend pinning, nothing dangerous there are multiple videos on it and guides.
2 / try to find a reliable and good telegram seller, and make sure its not a reseller.
3 / ghkcu can be used long term ( im not sure for how long but very long ).
4 / yes, its pretty obvious.

rep and mark as solution if this helped, and feel free to ask more questions.

I guess that ghk-cu is enough I'm not an expert tho
Why are you even replying? You obviously have no clue what you're talking about, and I would be willing to bet that you've never even pinned before.

your collagen is almost perfect. There is no need for ghkcu. Take tretinoin for acne, if its bad then take ACCUTANe
