recently learned abt peptides, where can i get them in netherlands and which ones are the best for me. i am 6'3 with decent bone structure and 16 years old, my infraorbitals are kinda recessed tho... i am interested in learning abt peptides that benefit my skin (i have some acne) and i am also curious about coginitive enhancing peptides. but i first wanna know if it is even possible to get in the netherlands and what the costs may be.

Chinese sources like Sigma Audley are the way to go. Cheap and good quality.
For skin: KPV, TB-500, BPC-157.
GHK-Cu is not needed at your age.

also i dont know how i feel about injecting it. isnt there any safer options such as pills, i also read about some nasal spray. im sorry if im asking stupid questions im just really new to this

why not ghk-cu if i may ask, i saw lots of tiktoks glazing it.
Tiktok-greys are the worst. GHK-Cu has mostly anti-aging benefits which you obviously don't need as a teenager. It also needs to be pinned daily which is a pain in the ass. In my honest opinion: The only peptide that could help you skinwise is KPV. While BPC and TB are nice too, they won't have a huge impact when it comes to skin.
And in general: Peptides are overhyped rn, rather get some low dose accutane than barely researched peptides.

yo, you know you can ask me.

mb i didnt know how that works im farely new
No worries. Why don't you just get a prescription? It's covered by insurance and normally dermatologists are happy to prescribe it if the acne is persistant.
