Peptides post 18

As of rn im still 17 turning 18 in about a week and im getting a decent amount of money, is anyone nice enough to recommend a stack i could run idk how effective they would all be after 18 after all. my previous few posts have many pics of me if it has any relevance , il be resulting to surgery regardless but id like to test peptides or gear nonethless. and if someone would estimate a cost with suggestions please
