I was a idiot when I was younger and sniffed allot of mdma most nights for months up to a gram each time

Any Peptides or supplements that help your serotonin recover and ones that help your brain recover from neurotoxicity?

This is why you don’t leave 15 year olds unsupervised for years. But ig now I can do testosterone and hard max as much as a want and no one can stop me

If I were you, I would be taking as many supplements as possible to max my nervous and endocrine system to overcompensate for the damage and maybe even repair certain parts of it. I would recommend creatine, magnesium L threonate, L theanine, Omega 3, vitamin D, zinc, Vitamin C, and lion's mane for all the supplements. For peptides, I would look into BPC-157 and Selank. Many of the nootropics were specifically designed for the purpose of recovery after stroke or moderate brain damage. The lion's mane will increase your neural plasticity by stimulating nerve growth factors. The creatine will maintain ATP levels in brain cells under stress and cognitive recovery post-injury. Vitamin C will combat oxidative stress and free radicals that exacerbate neurotoxicity. Magnesium and zinc will reduce excitotoxicity and inflammation; zinc promotes tissue repair and regeneration. The Omega-3 will reduce inflammation, support neuronal repair, and maintain cell membrane integrity. Effective in models of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and neurotoxicity, reducing inflammation, supporting neuronal repair, and maintaining cell membrane integrity. Effective in models of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and neurotoxicity. Selank offers neuroprotection by increasing BDNF and modulating neurotransmitters. BPC-157 interacts with dopamine, serotonin, and nitric oxide systems for broad CNS repair. All together, these supplements and peptides should make a difference. Proceed with caution, do your own research and don't be a greycell. I would also do a couple of different activities to IQ Max, which will definitely help in your recovery, exercise is very powerful, some type of physical skill, puzzle games(wordle, crossword, chess, sudoku), a memory game, and learning in general.

All of this all so new to me I will have to dedicate some time into researching this but thank you for actually putting a bit of time and effort into a educated reply to my post I appreciate it. I will save this in my notes

No problem, brotha, I'm already familiar with the material; to gatekeep it would be a shitty thing to do, I know what it's like to look at all this new information and be paralyzed by it, just take it one bit at a time. Don't rush yourself, but keep a goodpace. If you want I could link some of the products that I use and some creators I would watch if I were you as an intro to some of this stuff.

Ok here are the supps I currently use(the fish oil is pretty expensive but its the highest quality I could find): Magnesium L Threonate, Omega 3, L-Theanine, Vitamin D, Creatine, Vitamin K2(Helps with the Vitamin D absorption). These are some creators are pretty knowledgeable and have generally good info: Quinn Stillson, Dr. Anthony Jay, Ben Winney, and Dr. Jones. These aren't looksmaxxers but actually knowledgeable people on the supplements, peptides, and drugs that you might use when looksmaxxing or brainmaxxing. Obviously, go into depth on your own. Treat this like a table of contents. Any time you don't know what something is or have a question about it, just look it up and keep going down a rabbit hole with it until you have no more questions. If you want to use an AI to help you research I would recommend Grok over GPT, its far more helpful and won't hit with terms of service bull shit as much. Try and max out all your natural conditions as well like sleep, diet and exercise as supplements only amplify these things, they can not be done in stead of them. Good luck brotha, lmk if you anymore questions
