Now hypothetically speaking if I took HGH how would I know all of it would go to my bones. I thought about vitamin k2 but I think it only takes calcium to the bones. Now is there a peptide that makes it possible for my HGH to go to my bones only if not then wouldn’t it rather be better to fast for 18 hours? It’s a well known fact that your body produces HGH to maintain the muscles in your body when you’ve fasted for longer periods of time. But that poses the same problem. We don’t know if it all can go to the bones. (I would be really thankful if anyone could drop a plug for peptides)
