Legit, topical GHK-Cu is a total waste of money. For injectable GHK-Cu, aim for 2mg–5mg daily. For MT2 start with a 'loading dose' of 250mcg–500mcg daily until you reach your desired tan, then drop to a maintenance dose of 500mcg once or twice a week. Watch out for the nausea on the first few pins.
