(This will only work for straight/slightly wavy, medium length hair)
This is a pretty simple guide but I thought it might help some people out
I'm not going to put a ton of effort into it because I have to be doing homework right now
You'll need a wide tooth comb, or something like this:
So, start by completely soaking your hair with a spray bottle (or however you want to do that), next slick your hair back (make your to put a towel around your neck so you don't drip water onto the floor) and slightly pat-dry it. Next drop your head down so your hair kind of flops forward and then just fluff it up, crunch it, do whatever you want really, as long as you mess it up a bit. Finally once you're happy with how it looks, use hair spray to lock it into place.
I've been doing this for the past couple of weeks and I've had about a 90% success rate. From my experience the most important thing is to make sure that you get your hair soaking wet and slightly pat-dry it.
I've been able to achieve a look pretty similar to this:
(which is pretty extraordinary considering the fact I usually have the 2010 Jusin Bieber cut
)
Hope this helps someone out
