I wouldn’t say so, the world isn’t designed to accomodate someone who‘s 7 feet or anyone near that height, you’d have trouble finding proper fitting clothes, shoes, be too big to fit comfortably in most places etc... Not even mentioning the health risks that come with being such an extreme height.
Aside from that women generally wouldn’t choose a guy that’s 7’0 over one that‘s 6’4. Mogging guys that are 6’8 (which you’d very rarely come across anyway) isn’t worth the disadvantages that come with being that height. In my opinion at least.
