Got this from using Vitamin A creams too often and fixed it after 3 months. Noticed there wasnt really any guide on here for this so ill tell you what ive learned.
Basically guaranteed fixes
Accutane
Zero therapy, antibiotic, good diet sulfur
The kinds of perioral dermatitis is Fungal and demodex to my knowledge Demodex and just a broken barrier ive heard is the hardest bc it takes so long but tea tree wipes is a good way plus zero therapy.
For fungal you might want to get metro cream or any antifungal cream.
And skin barrier is the easiest to fix just use like LRP cicaplast
A MUST FOR ALL 3 OF THESE TYPES IS ABSOLUTELY NO ACTIVES
Some reccomend azelic acid for everything except barrier issues.
Zinc creams is popular along with calendula cream.
Supplements: Zinc, Vitamin D, B3, B5
A fair warning is your taking steroids and get perioral dermatitis the only way i know of getting rid of it is to stop using steroids And getting rid of perioral dermatitis can take a while for your skin cycle is 8 weeks or something. Keep paitent don’t stress for your skin is a organ and stressing will only make it worse.
If you have more questions just ask im kinda too lazy to write down everything i know i just said the basics.
