Rate this routine to be bloat free facially it’s been working for me
First thing in the morning 3 cups of water with small amount of salt (fire up adrenal glands)
Skincare + gua sha + masseter massage
1tbs coconut oil for MCTs and energy (shouldn’t break fast)
Sometimes caffeine 200mg
4 hours after waking 2 cups of water mixed with electrolytes (potassium,mag, salt) also mix with a serving of coconut water for potassium ratio
Fast the rest of the day with ab 2-3L water
OMAD to end the day primarily high protein/fat low carbs only from cheese, avacado, milk, coconut water
To sum it all up carbs and salt make me bloated so I’ll have that at night and wake up bloat free
