Just been perma jutting and mewing obviously for the past year, i couldnt survive without it now.

I jutt until my teeth meet, and also add about 5mm of height

Doing so until i get BSSO + implants. Would highly recommend.

mewing is legit, I tie my jaw when I am going to sleep to mew while sleeping.

Careful. Jutting is horrific for your TMJs.

I dont beleive all that TMJ bullshit. Ive been jutting for a year and hard chewing for longer and have no pain in TMJs

Nothing wrong with hard chewing. Jutting is just simple biomechanics and basic logic as to why this is a bad idea. “I haven’t had problems” doesn’t mean you won’t or that hyperextending your joints into full extension for years straight is smart but it ain’t my body so carry on :lul:

This is literally how you develop osteoarthritis btw.

True, i used to jutt constantly when i had an underdeveloped chin, fortunately puberty did me right and now my chin is well projected, unfortunately there's no jutting for my maxilla:incel:
