I started permajutting by impulsive-compulsive habit way back in 2018 to "fix" my disgusting overbite/short face syndrome (SFS) truecel condition.
After almost 5 years of forcefully sticking my mandible forward, I can report nothing but success.
You can tell you suffer from this condition if jutting your jaw forward doesn't give you prognathism but rather makes you look normal

After almost 5 years of forcefully sticking my mandible forward, I can report nothing but success.
- My mandible has been naturally "glued" forward.
- My relaxed resting pose is now unrecessed, I even keep it subconsciously while sleeping.
- Improved my overall posture, I no longer push my neck forward like I used to do as a child.
- Never experienced TMD/TJDs except maybe two weeks since I started doing this.
- Finally, I gained 2 PSL points by doing this alone.
