this doctor asserts he injected hyarulonic acid filler in the upper eyelid of this man three years ago and the eyes are still hooded. How is it possible?

It works but as with all fillers, there is reabsorption and receding.

if upper eyelid fillers actually lasted so long, I would book an appointment with a local plastic surgeon today

Yeah idk about the 3yrs part. Hyaluronic acid filler is suposed to be really temporary. But I think he is an outlier/exception or complete larp. Most ppl will need to get a touchup every 6-12 months

For upper lids u can get fat injected too which is permanent, fillers arent.

I have had fillers in my chin and it does dissolve but never 100 percent of it. I had chin fillers 10 years ago and theres still filler there even now but it's prob 70 percent dissolved

The theory I have is normally when you inject fillers into the jaw or chin, they migrate somewhere else after a while.

With upper eyelid fillers, they have no where else to go as theyre right above a solid stucture (the eyeball) and above is the browridge.

Also it could be his body didnt take the filler as a foreign substance, therefore the whiteblood cels didnt attack it.
