only to an extent exposure therapy and drugs can help but diminishing returns i went through an akward phase and have only fixed it like 70% and dont think ill ever get better than this

depends on the drug and also how easy it is to become dependent on them for example, phenibut is very easy to get dependent on but it works extremely fucking well. pre-gaba is similar. I'd say only use these whenever you go on a date or a social-outing like the club or something. The withdrawal from these drugs is brutal and not to be taken lightly, so be very careful with it and do research before you think it's some kind of miracle cure for your social ineptitude
