Perspective and midface. Some people can have a long midface when slightly tilting there head down, while others it doesn’t even effect their ratio

Does this affect people with more foward grown midfaces? I notice some people can look down just a tad bit and their actual midface ratio gets crazy long, but with others it doesn’t even effect them barely at all

does this happen to people with foward grown midfaces? This needs to be looked into more. Perspective and midface ratio

has to do with nasolabial angle

more forward growth = diagonal midface, so yes

Damn, I never even realized this happens when looking down.

probably has something to do with this
You’re also not looking straight ahead 24/7

I wonder if it’s a good or bad thing if someone’s midface ratio changes drastically when looking down or up, compared to someone’s who barely changes when looking down or up

I guess it does, thats why it is important to keep good posture. That makes you naturally look up.
