We already have JFL, which is similar to "ugh" but adds enjoyment.

"ugh" is a low IQ troll emoji for people who have nothing to give other than bad vibes. It's the type of emoji that if some one sent it to you IRL you'd want to smash their face in with a brick.

People who communicate like that don't deserve to be part of civilized society. They should be sent to re-education camps.

If Mods add this emoji many users will leave and never come back because it will become a cringe fest of negative vibes and nothing interesting. This is probably by far the absolute worst Idea I have ever heard.
