As an irish person it is very common here for irish travellers to soak there knuckles in petrol in order to grow and toughen the bone as bareknuckle boxing is very popular in their culture. This leads me to believe that if you soaked certain facial bones in petrol it could grow them too although i dont have the will or the means to experiment this

I understand it can change your way of thinking and thus your behavior but I don’t understand how it can reconstruct you on a molecular or cellular levels. Just sounds incredibly delusional. I also read hundreds of comments on an ABCC11 gene video which is responsible for body odor and how they stopped smelling bad or stinking simply because of listening to that.

yeah, i also saw a study on how working out in lucid dreams could improve your performance in the actual thing. im guessing it's probably a way you adapt to breathing in certain excercises, thus improved performance

Knuckles grow in size and get harder if you do any type of martial arts brother, mine are fucked from few years of mma and i never heard of petrol strategy. It's placebo, if anything petrol is making their skin rugged and dried out so it might add to harder feel of knuckles.
