Lmk what yall think of my stack

isotret 5mg a day
eplerenone 25mg day (was at 50mg but had to lower dose because blood pressure was giga low
hctz 12.5-25 mg for events
oral minoxidil 2.5 mg
nebivolol 5mg for events/going out
baclofen 10mg/ pregab 150mg events/going out
Adding in lemborexant for sleep starting at 2.5mg will prolly go up to 5mg

Js didn’t need a normal dose and also i can run micro dose for years.

That’s chill. I’m running 20mg until my bacne clears up. Then probably microdosing or just stopping all together if it’s good.

this is not a stack, this looks like the supports for a roid stack to keep health indicators and youth (would also be kinda a shitty support stack) I rate it like 0-1/10 just because u have some accutane but not much to do anything at all

yeah i have 10mg pills so i take them EOD so its 35mg a week. Its been very good so far and ive got 0 sides.

i mean if you are gettin the desired results on 5mg a day then keep it that way, but it is a very very low dose

just because i wana be on a microdose protocol. Itd lowk be better to cut all my pills in half and take isotret everyday tho

im ordering isotret real soon, altrough its harder to get in europe, ill be doing like 20mg 40mg for fast results, altrough i dont have much acne, i mostly struggle with blackhead, comedones, very little imflamation, good luck on your journey!

Nice g good luck, Id start with a lower dose then re-evaluate ur dosing

nah i dont drink at all. If im going out to parties n stuff i just take baclofen or pregab and nebivolol usually baclofen because pregab is toxic.

Prebgab is neurotoxic and you really dont wana use it often. pregabalin suppresses glutamate transmission, and Reduces neuroplasticity, and some studies have shown it to reduce BDNF. and yeah i did purge for abt 2 weeks i got some pimples on my face but it went away fast and it wasent that bad.

yeah most likely , i had 0 acne before too and still purged and yeah pregab is better than alc fs but still toxic

is baclofen like propanol where its only pysical or like pregab where it helps u mentally

nah its baclofen is a muscle relaxant its not for physical anxiety symptoms like beta blockers .Its kinda sedating but mostly feels pretty similar to alcohol

Epl works wonders its like a night and day difference, 50 mg is what ive found to be really effective. HZTC is pretty good to i barley use it though.
