I wanna get over it myself but want something to help me if I get super anxious thinking like propranolol or pregabalin ? Anyone know a lot about this topic I haven’t researched about it much.

Not much it’s mostly when talking to girls tho I have no problem talking to guys I just had an ex girl and let’s just say she fucked my perspective now I’m more conservative I barely talk to any girls anymore just scared to ruin reputation

I tried that today I fucking loved it, zero anxiety.

You can experiment too, maybe replacing phenibut with baclofen. But Lyrica and vodka are must.
