It feels like a burst of energy. You're very happy, music sounds amazing, you become very NT. I've noticed I eat a lot on it as well. The problem is it makes you not give any fucks whatsoever similar to a benzo. It's so hard to describe.

Packs of phenibut? I've never heard of that. I recommend just ordering a jar of it. Like I said science bio has it in (I think) 50g containers. Buy that and then buy a big bag of capsules that you can fill up with the raw powder. It will be cheaper I believe.

250mg is nothing tbh. The problem with phenibut is that people take a small dose like 750mg and then give up there if they don't feel anything. You need to really play around with the dosages and start off slow and work your way up. First time you do it try 750mg and if you don't feel anything wait a few days and try 1.5g. If you don't feel anything with 1.5 try 3g. You need to wait a few days after dosing because it's similar to psychedelics in the sense that tolerance builds INSANELY fast. If you dose one day you will need 2x the dose or 3x the dose to even feel the same effects as the first dose.

Why is it a letdown? Don't worry man you will be okay. I'm telling you to just be careful with it. You aren't gonna OD if you follow my advice. It's important to increase the dosage gradually and don't immediately jump into doing 3g dosages. OD'ing on it makes you start passing out and nodding off. You will literally be on your feet and you will pass out on your feet. It's a weird feeling.

Don't give up on phenibut if you don't feel anything on 750-950mg. I don't think you'll feel anything on that dosage tbh. Everyone is different when it comes to this compound. Some people report needing only 750mg and others (like myself) needed 3.5g to feel it.

My advice is to really REALLY not overdo it. Do not dose it more than 2 times a week tbh.
