I just wanted to say Phenibut is very legit for anyone that wants to become low inhib for a stressful social situation or if you have severe social anxiety it can tremendously help.

I just took it today, 2 grams on an empty stomach at 7:50 in the morning and I already felt Its effects 1 hour later or so. I just didn't care about anything while on it.
I'll be taking it again tomorrow since I'll have to present something in front of the class and without it I feel really anxious but with it, I legit don't care at all.

Yes, but it was because I took only 500 mg AND I had just eaten before that.
@CupOfCoffee suggested I take it on an empty stomach and more. NickGurr also recommended I take more.

2 grams is like 8 pills (idk if u bought pills or powder)

isnt that a bit 2 much for the beggining lol

Although I won't abuse it. 2x a week max and 2 grams only.
I did notice some light headedness though tbh, weird balance as well.

Yes. It changes you completely. I know. Probably something I'd take if I had X days left to live with zero chance or surviving past that date.

Be careful. You took a high dose. Don't use it more than once a week if that

I guess I did, Nick told me he takes more than 2 grams actually and that I should start at 2 grams, he abuses drugs though so you may be right, however I have to take it for tomorrow since I have presentation man. After that I'll take a couple weeks break.

For me it activated in 1 hour, took at 7:50 in the morning, still active right now I feel it.

so what did you do diffrent besides uping the dose to make it work? you said ¨ AND I had just eaten before that. ¨ which means ur supposed to eat before taking pheni or wut?

Will not abuse this powerful drug since I've seen users get addicted to it and end up taking copious amounts.

No bro.

First time I took it was like this.

Eaten food --> 500 mg Phenibut --> No effects


Now It's like this.

Woke up --> Didn't eat anything (I never eat in the morning anyway) --> Took 2 grams of Phenibut (Powder form dissolved in water) --> Effects started after 1 hour and I still feel it right now, I'm hyper-active right now legit I feel great.

Phenibut is known to be hard on the receptors and build up tolerance fast due to its long half life. G is probably better in terms of tolerance and the high as well.
