@fucclife you need to try phenibut. It should work for you. Have you any experience with benzos or lyrica ? It's pretty similiar, phenibit works on GABA receptors. Is anti anxiety , euphoric.

I have taken tramadol for 2 years

Back when I used to take I took between 250 mg - 400 mg

250 mg is enough for you if you're a beginner

Less than 250 mg you won't feel anything . 250 is the perfect dose for effects

Oh then increase your tramadol dose. Take 150 mg more

It's possible you have slight opioid tolerance since you are also taking codeine. Codeine and tramadol are both tramadol opioids so they posses cross tolerance with each other

I used to cold approach on tramadol . It makes me smooth as fock. Overconfident slayer. Being on tramadol at high doses feels even better n makes you lower inhibition than cocaine

It's not classified as a narcotic so I wouldn't call phenibut a drug

Nootropic websites sells it so some people call phenibut a "nootropic"

It's just a amino acid really that works as a GABA analogue , the psychotropic effects comes from how it works on the GABA receptor

Yes its addictive but it's a good addiction cause tramadol is a non harmful/non neurotoxic medication

Since 250 mg was too little for you then you could try 400 mg that will propably give you effects most likely

I don't like drinking either. In the moment its fun but it's not worth the hangover, health effects, etc. I am on TRT but this doesn't seem to have any mental effects for me. The only thing that's worked really well is taking 1.5-2 g of phenibut - It completely removes my social anxiety and makes me hypersocial and carefree. However, the issue with Phenibut is the comedown you get the next few days.

The best solution is to meditate and focus on actions instead of feelings.
