Phenibut timing around meals?

When do you guys take phenibut and do you have to do it on an empty stomach for it to work? Because in the past when I ate and then took one I ur 2hrs later, I still wouldn’t feel any of the positive effects of phenibut even 5hrs after taking it.

Ik taking it on an empty stomach seems like the solution here but I’m also trying to gym max so I need to get my calories in. Can go fasted the whole day for phenibut.

I usually took it around 10am-11pm because it takes forever to kick in. So by the time I start to feel it, it would be around 2:30-3:00pm. Yes, taking meals with it does weaken the effects.

Yes at least for the first few hours until it kicks in. After it kicks in feel free to eat as much as you want. I always ate like 4000 calories every time I took large doses of phenibut.

Keep in mind I started with 3.5g but it got so bad that I could take more than 10g and not even feel the effects. I wasn't even taking it day after day I would wait a few days to take it again but I built up such a high tolerance to it after taking it for a while. 10g is enough to kill anyone without a tolerance.

I really don’t recommend you take it at night tbh. If you want it to kick in at 10pm you would have to take it at like 6:30-7pm. You don’t have to fast all day but the effects will be diminished to a noticeable degree when you eat and take it. Just wait like 3-4 hours since your last meal and you should be fine. It works best on an empty stomach.

By the way I recommend taking antacid tablets if you’re taking the HCL version. Every other version is shit so you should realistically be taking antacid tablets every time you do phenibut. It REALLY fucks with your stomach.

I’ve never tried those tbh but in my opinion you should be ordering from science bio. They have the best phenibut and overall best quality products. It will probably be from China but if you order from science bio they show you lab results and it’s always like 98-99% pure.

Well it depends. I used to take pre measured pills that were 250mg. You have to really be careful and figure out your dosage. Take it slow. One day take 750mg and If it doesn’t do anything you can increase the dosage to 1.5g. If that doesn’t do anything or the effects aren’t that strong you can increase the dosage to 2g or so. ALWAYS wait a few days in between dosages. If you dose on Monday and then try to dose on Tuesday you’ll need like 2-3x the dosage to feel the same effects.

As you increase the dose you need to be more careful. You really have to be careful with phenibut because it can kill you. You have to increase the dosages in small amounts as you start taking more. As far as I know it can lead to down regulation of certain chemicals in your brain if you abuse it. I recommend only taking it maximum 3-4 times a month.

If you order the raw powder I will advise you to order gelatin capsules that you can fill with the powder. The substance is extremely caustic and will fuck your teeth up if you drink it in a bottle of water or something so I will never recommend you just take it as is. If you ingest the powder without putting it in a capsule you need to brush your teeth very thoroughly because it will fuck your teeth up.

Get a scale. Something accurate.

It’s an extremely euphoric drug very similar to alcohol in the sense that it makes you low inhib and very sociable. Music sound AMAZING on it and you feel like you’re the most NT person in the world. However if you take too much you can literally pass out on your feet and die. You have to be very careful with the dosage. It’s the best drug on earth to take in preparation for a date.

I’ve been told that phenibut has the worst drug withdrawals ever. I’ve read online that it’s worse than benzo and heroin wirhdrawal. I’ve personally never experienced any bad withdrawal from it though tbh. I was taking upwards of 12g of it (this is enough to kill someone who has no tolerance) and I didn’t experience a bad withdrawal when I quit. You will get very very depressed the days after you dose though. I never got sick after quitting though tbh.

Well you’re right If you use it 2-3x a year you won’t experience any addiction/withdrawal symptoms but there is reports of people experiencing symptoms of gaba a-b down regulation after using big dosages. You have to be careful.

I don’t use phenibut much anymore and I’m okay I quit it relatively easily
